Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Lynne Curan Design products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to solve any problems.
We do ask you to take into consideration that many of these products are made in antiquated conditions, our products are not mass produced and many of the fabrics we use have natural flaws & slubs. That does not mean we want you to accept sub standard quality products and we always appreciate feed back from our customers so we can continue to improve the quality of all the items we produce.
We may not always be able to replace certain products but all genuine complaints will be dealt with to the best of our ability.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for parcels returned to us damaged or do not reach us at all. Please take care when sending garments and we recommend that to ensure return of the package to Lynne Curan Design you use a traceable postal method.
